13 - Water, Fire, Light

Today's session was about knowing more about the Holy Spirit.

(Read previous day: Class 12 - The Special Guest)

Holy Spirit welcomed me as the class started.

She spoke,

'Today I will continue to reveal to you more about Me. We need to know more about each other before we move on to partnership.'

'I love peace. Wherever there are peace, I rest in there. Peace is My nature.

'Guard your heart for it flows the spring of life. I am your living water, your spring of life.

Protect your heart from impurities, resentment, bitterness, unforgiveness, unworthiness, etc. Allow your heart to lead, instead of using your mind. This is when you create room for Me to lead you as I speak through your heart.

Proverbs 4:23 (AMP)

Watch over your heart with all diligence, For from it flow the springs of life.

'I am fire - the fire that purifies and sanctifies you. My fire also lit up your passion and desire. Pray to fill yourself up with a consuming fire to burn for Me (God).

Psalm 66:10 (AMP)

For You have tested us, O God; You have refined us as silver is refined.

Matthew 3:11-12 (NIV)

I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me comes one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. 12 His winnowing fork is in his hand, and he will clear his threshing floor, gathering his wheat into the barn and burning up the chaff with unquenchable fire.

'I am light. The light that shines in the darkness. The light that darkness must flee and cannot overcome.'

John 1:1-5 (NIV)

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
