27 - Rest

In the Garden, I saw the Holy Spirit taking care of some flowers. She has hair tired up with barefoot standing on the soil ground. I also heard the sound of spring water and birds.

She greeted me, 'Welcome! Today I want to teach you to rest.'

I was surprised that she wanted to teach me to rest...

The Lord continued,

'Rest in Me. Let Me renew you, revive you. I want to give you My strength so that you can run further. But you need to first come to Me and rest in Me.

Psalm 51: 10-12 (AMP)

Create in me a clean heart, O God,

And renew a right and steadfast spirit within me.

Do not cast me away from Your presence

And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.

Restore to me the joy of Your salvation

And sustain me with a willing spirit.

Whenever you have the thought, 'perhaps it's time to rest', it's likely from Me. My heart breaks when I see you working so hard like that. You are not My slave but My love. Even I give you a task, it is not an obligation. Never set a deadline for yourself on My task without even asking Me. I will never set you up in distress. I will never put you into a situation that makes you fear or worry. I bless you with better clarity so you can discern My will.

Never bear everything on your own. If there is any unresolved problem, talk to Me. If there is any difficulties at work, talk to Me.

I want to work together with you. Not only you work totally on your own and report to Me. Yes, I am your Lord your God, but I am also your family, your friend and your Beloved.

Rest is also creating space for Me to speak. You cannot hear Me when you are stressed.
