Change of my view
All along I held a pretty strong stand against all the crystals and stones, thinking they are woo-woo and having them is just occultism.
Using crystals and stones for healing and balance? nahh... Jesus is the Healer! In no way I need other stuff to receive the manifestation of His power!
This was what I thought until I started to understand the truth from the quantum and metaphysics perspective.
Have you ever wondered how you can hear the voice of God and sense the presence of God? I mean HOW. Not just by faith or a belief. Not just something in your head. but HOW. By waves? frequency? energy? or what?
Since the sound of God is spirit (John 6:63) and God is spirit, although He is invisible of our naked eyes, He is omnipresent. We know for sure there is a spiritual world and a physical world. So how does these two worlds bridge?
As I dive in more, I realized the majority of the answer to this question is being hijacked - or stolen - by the New Age movement and the inferior kingdom.
I cannot deny all the crystals and stones are God's creation. It is only the usage of them being defiled.
Stones In the Bible
God can for sure teach us how to use stones. In fact, His stones.

God taught Moses how to use 12 kinds of stones to make on the priest breastplate, to represent the 12 tribes of Israel.
Exodus 28:17-21 NKJV And you shall put settings of stones in it, four rows of stones: The first row shall be a sardius, a topaz, and an emerald; this shall be the first row; the second row shall be a turquoise, a sapphire, and a diamond; the third row, a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst; and the fourth row, a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper. They shall be set in gold settings. And the stones shall have the names of the sons of Israel, twelve according to their names, like the engravings of a signet, each one with its own name; they shall be according to the twelve tribes.
In the book of revelation, there was also a description of stones on the foundation of the New Jerusalem.
Revelation 21:18-21 NKJV The construction of its wall was of jasper; and the city was pure gold, like clear glass. The foundations of the wall of the city were adorned with all kinds of precious stones: the first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald, the fifth sardonyx, the sixth sardius, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst. The twelve gates were twelve pearls: each individual gate was of one pearl. And the street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass.
Using crystals and stones is not an abomination to the Lord, only HOW to use them is the key.
Let God teach us
I am convinced that all treasures of wisdom and knowledge is hidden in Jesus Christ (Colossians 2:3). For the whole world, all that contains in it, were made through Him (John 1:3).
John 1:3 NKJV All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.
In other words, I can ask Jesus (and Holy Spirit) directly how to make good use of His crystals and stones!
Of course, I do not mean to ask Him how to use stones to manifest wealth or relationships. This is witchcraft! (Anything that use energy to change something or reality for own purpose is witchcraft.)

Crystals tend to be good conductors of both heat and electrons. And stones like Shungite can conduct electricity because of its high carbon content.
Can these properties be the possible bridge between the physical and spiritual world?
Can Jesus teach me how to use stones to shield us from electromagnetic field (EMF)? Yes! (well scientifically people already know some stones can!)
Can Jesus teach me how to use stones so we can align and abide in Him better (John 15)? Even hear His voice better? Yes! Why not!
Can Jesus teach me how to use stones so to have oneness with Him (John 17:20-23)? Yes!!!!!!
Crystals and stones are a gift from the Father.
I am so excited to learn how to steward them well and begin the journey of discovering His creation.
