Sugilite: For Oneness, Love & Protection!

Sugilite is a cyclosilicate, often known as 'the healing stone' or 'the love stone'.
Sugilite was first discovered by a geologist called Ke-Ichi Sugi in Japan in 1944, but they were tiny, yellow crystals of no gem value.
Until 1975, people in South Africa found the first gem-quality sugilite because of its manganese content that gives the deep purple color.
Other trading names include "Royal Lavulite", "Royal Azel" and "Royal Lazelle."
Color determines the grading of sugilite. The deepest color receives the highest grade. But lighter areas mixed with dark purple will lower the value.
MY FIRST SUGILITE
My first sugilite bracelet was not one with big purple beads of sugilite, but comprised of much smaller stones with purple, brown, grey, black hue. Sugilite has been very expensive and this bracelet was at a much more affordable choice to me, around only 1/50 of other's price.
Although the gem value of this bracelet is not high, this bracelet is so special to me as this was gifted by the Lord and my first sugilite.
The seller said the more I wear it, the more the colour of each stone will change and reveal what’s inside (because of friction)!
Though it is not perfect and glamourous now, I feel the Lord picked this for me because of a deeper meaning:
I am God’s unique masterpiece and vessel in His house. Over time of testing and refining, I grow in maturity, with better character, anchor deeper into His truth and stand firmer with my identity. His purification process unleashes the beauty and glory from within me as how I was created by Him. It takes time for this to happen, but it is worth to wait and anticipate. Even though people of this world may not see the value of the stone at first, God sees what is within and still love and adores them as they were still His creation. Just as I keep looking at my bracelet to see how it changes, I believe Father God is even more excited when He sees us become glory to glory!
I am also very amazed by the properties and function of this stone!
Let's dive into it!
FOR ONENESS
Sugilite is a stone for oneness with the Lord, especially when wear on the right hand.
Before Jesus was arrested and led to crucifixion, He prayed for oneness of the believer with God, just as Father and Jesus are one:
John 17:20-23 (NKJV) I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.
Jesus desired us to remain as one with Him, for He is the vine and we are the branches. Without Him, we will only wither and do nothing:
John 15:5-6 (NKJV) I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.
The frequency of sugilite can help us to align and direct our focus onto Jesus, and to abide in His presence.
God is the fountain of life and He is life! His presence is all that we need: joy, peace, love, healing, freedom and so much more!
FOR LOVE
Abiding in His presence also means abiding in His love.
His love is not the love of this world. His perfect love can cast out all fear (John 4:18) and heal our wounds.
Sugilite encourages you to draw closer to the Lord and dwell in His perfect love. It is where all emotional healing begins.
Let God be your true healer that mend your brokenness. He is not afraid of your brokenness. He is not ashamed of your weaknesses and mistakes. He wants to comfort you. He wants to love on you.
FOR TRUE PROTECTION
Since Jesus is the true perfect Light (John 1:9), His Light can cast out all darkness (John 1:4-5).
Having oneness with the Lord also means having a protective shield of faith at all times that cover us against any flaming arrows of the evil one (Ephesians 6:16).
The vibrational frequency of sugilite helps us to position ourselves to abide in His light and stand firm by His truth.
THE LORD IS YOUR STRENGTH
Right hand symbolizes power, authority and righteousness.
Wearing sugilite on the right hand symbolizes your strength and salvation is from the Lord (Psalm 118:14).
FOR CLEANSING
Wearing sugilite on your left hand promotes cleansing of the body and mind.
The high vibrational energy of sugilite encourages the body’s natural detoxification process and supports a harmonious balance of energy throughout the body.
Some practitioners use sugilite for cancer. Some also use sugilite for pain relief. The high manganese content of sugilite promotes energy flow in an area, thus relieving pain.
FOR SURRENDER
Left hand symbolizes self-righteousness and foolishness.
Wearing sugilite on your left hand encourages surrenderance to Jesus Christ.
To surrender is to rest from performance, strife, comparison, worry... just let God be God and we as His little sheep.
This restfulness promotes the healing and health of the physical body.
